Morning walk in Paris

8

I have been doing my morning walks in Montmartre but today I decided to turn left instead of right and explore the 9th arrondisement. I live on the border of the 18th and the 9th so its fun to explore the different parts of Paris. My favorite part of my morning walk (besides the baguette) is watch the light hit the buildings from different angles. I zig zagged up and down the streets following the light.

Beautiful pictures, I study those attic windows at the top of the buildings, I wonder who lives there, what these apartments look like inside, I have a feeling they’re very beautiful with slanted ceilings and large windows where you can see the sky and moon at night. Have you ever been to an attic apartment in Paris?

Hi Naomi! Thank you. I love the attic windows too. I have friends that live on the attic floor which is the 7th floor in their building. The do have slanted ceilings and windows. Its very cool. The apartment wraps around and faces west so you can see the sunset over the Pompidou. Pretty amazing!
