Morning spring Stroll Through Montmartre

6

As my days here come to an end I try to make the most of every moment. I woke up early for a stroll in Montmartre. When I am up early enough its just me and Paris. Its my favorite time.

Your pictures of the empty streets remind me of the photos of Eugene Atget. We had a fantastic exhibition of his work here at the Art Gallery in Sydney Australia at the beginning of this year – heaven.

I have only just recently found your work on Facebook and enjoy it so much. I am coming to Paris in 2 weeks for 5 weeks, and amongst other things, have been watching your photos to see what the weather’s like… 🙂

So do you not live in Paris permanently? as you say your time there is coming to an end.

Thanks for the inspiration you provide.
    Best wishes

      Hi Lisa,

Thank you so much for your kind words! You will love your time in Paris. I hope as much as I have or more!

I have been living in Chicago for the past 8 years but decided to pack it all in to live in Paris for 3 months. Best decision as I have been able to really experience the city.

The weather has just turned to Spring since the weekend. You should have wonderful weather. Make sure to pack a picnic and visit the parks! Let me know if you need any advice.

      All the best,
      Rebecca
