Paris in the Fall has to be one of my favorite times. The air turns crisp and the green ivy turns to red. There are so many beautiful pops of color around the city. This will be my first October not in Paris in a few years but the good news is I will be back in early November. I can’t wait. Until then here are a few of my favorite Fall images from Paris.

We had the most beautiful warm October here in Paris. I have heard rumors it was the warmest on record for a long while. It was an extended Indian Summer. Just last week I took photos on the Seine and it was dress weather! Overnight the weather turned chilly this week as the calendar changed to November. It tends to do that. I explored a new little area of Montmartre yesterday before the rain and cold came in. I just adore this little street.
Well its been a really wonderful Summer I have had so much fun making new friends in Chicago and spending time with old ones. Since my last Summer engagement is this weekend at the West Elm in Lincoln Park its time to start thinking about a Fall trip. I am dreaming about Autumn in Paris. I love this quote so I paired it with a photograph of mine from last Autumn. “Make your life a dream, and your dreams, a reality”
It turned out to be a very rainy morning. Surprise… the weather was accurate for once! I headed over to meet a friend on Ile St Louis to introduce her to the Bastille Market. That will have to wait for another post. The whole weekend was filled with many adventures and a lot of fun with friends! Here are a few photographs from early morning on the Seine in Autumn.
