It has been 6 years since I was laid off. I remember clearly that Summer sitting on a bench in the park and making plans for what was next. I wanted to be a travel photographer and one of my goals was to have a card in Papyrus. Last year that dream came true with my first card! I was lucky enough to work with Papyrus again to make a box set of 4 assorted images. While in Soho this past weekend I popped in to see if it had hit stores and I was so happy to see it sitting on the shelves. I will admit I started crying tears of joy. Dreams don’t work unless you do! xo

This past long weekend I was in NYC for meetings and to photograph one of my favorite cities. I kept a very busy schedule but was able to meet up with some friends that were so kind to show me their city. I had a little time on the weekend to spend catching up with my Aunt and Uncle where my Aunt cooked the most amazing ravioli from scratch. I napped in the hammock while the sunset and we spent hours in the kitchen catching up while we cooked. I have a lot of catching up to do with getting out orders and editing in my free time. I hope to share some photos of my favorite places soon!

I love to travel and photograph Europe. I live in Chicago and can’t get back to Europe as much as I would like to. I travel within the United States doing mini photographic adventures to keep the creative juices moving. New York City is one of my favorite places to visit and photograph. Here are some of my favorite photographs I have collected over the years.
