My favorite market in Paris is the Bastille market close to the Marais. I rode my bike yesterday morning to the market to pick up a few things including flowers. My favorite vendor had a wonderful display and let me snap a few shots.

I can’t get enough of all the fresh flowers here in Paris. There are markets everyday all over the city selling fresh produce and flowers. I recommend buying your flowers at the markets over some of the beautiful flower shops you can pass on the streets. I love interacting with the vendors, they wrap the flowers beautifully, and you can’t beat the price. I can never decide which color to take home. Which do you like best?
If you are crazy for Ranunculus as much as I am you can buy the photographs here in my etsy shop
Take the metro to the Grenelle stop on a Sunday morning and you will be welcomed with one of the most beautiful and amazing Paris markets. I arrived early in the morning as I had a long agenda of places to go on my Sunday in Paris. There are fish, cheese, olive, meat, and flower vendors lining the street under the metro. I picked up some comte cheese and some fruit and olives for my trip back to Switzerland. I love supporting the local French vendors that stand in the cold on a Sunday morning. If you are in Paris this is a must see!
There are people that absolutely love black and white and there are others such as my Aunt and Uncle who love color. I say this because each room in their house is a different bright color. They crave bright colors! So this post is dedicated to the people that love color in their art. Hopefully you will find a gift they love as much as color!
